Mental strategies for running

An overview of the mental strategies and techniques I use in my ultra running. 
In this episode I share the techniques I use. I want to thank all of the people who have taught me this stuff over the years. 
I only share stuff that I’ve tried and tested. I know there’s so much out there and I hope the things I share with you in this episode help you take your running to the next level.
