Beth Bowen recently became the first woman over 50 to complete the Sri Chinmoy Triple Triathlon Solo - in Canberra.
This is 3 back to back off road triathlons totalling: 
6.2 km swim 
95km mountain bike  
42 km run.

With the 24 hour World Championships AND Coast to Kosci only 1 week away, I am delighted to have Maree Connor on the podcast.
Maree is the current Coast to Kosci Champion, winning last years race in 30 hours 51 mins, and was selected to represent Australia next week at the 24 hour World Champs.
