It's a strange title for an episode - but in this episode I teach you all of the ways I do, or have done pre-race anxiety in the past so that you can identify how you may also do the same. If we can understand and build the self-awareness that pre - race anxiety is something that we 'do', as opposed to something that happens to us, then we can build strategies for how to overcome it. I hope that by me baring my soul on this episode, I can help you to understand and address any pre-race anxiety that you may have (or do!).
